Nadra Marketplace Ltd is a platform designed to empower Muslim women by
providing a safe and convenient space for buying and selling products
that comply with the rulings of islaam.
These Terms of Use
("Terms") outline the rules and expectations for using our platform. By
registering as a seller on Nadra Marketplace Ltd, you agree to be bound
by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Use

If you're under the minimum age required to manage your own account,
you need permission from your parent or guardian to use our services.
We encourage you
to review these terms with them to ensure you fully understand your
responsibilities. For parents or legal guardians who permit their teen
(or child) to use our services, these terms
will also apply to them. As a parent or guardian, you're responsible
for your teen's (or child's) actions and use of this services.
- You cannot create an account for someone else.

Your account is for your personal use only, and you are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
2. Selling on Nadra Marketplace

Nadra Marketplace Ltd strives to provide a platform for Muslim women
business owners to connect with buyers. While we do not directly
handle order
fulfillment or logistics, we strive to partner with reputable
logistics companies to offer convenient delivery options for both
buyers and sellers.

Sellers are responsible for having the inventory of the products they
list.

Sellers are responsible for delivering their products to the
designated drop-off points (or locations) specified by the partnered
logistics companies.

Nadra Marketplace will facilitate the collection of products from
sellers at designated drop-off points and coordinate their delivery to
buyers through our partnered logistics providers.

You are obligated to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date
descriptions of your products, including their condition, materials,
and any relevant Islamic considerations.

Your listings and business practices must comply with all applicable
UK, Nigerian, and international laws.
3. Prohibited Activities

Drop shipping is strictly prohibited on the Nadra Marketplace
platform.

Selling products that violate Islamic principles or are not
appropriate for the Muslim community.

Uploading content that is offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or
illegal, and impermissible in Islaam.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended use.

Engaging in activities prohibited by Islamic principles, such as Riba
(interest), Gharar (excessive uncertainty), and activities involving
deception or dishonesty.
4. Internal Policies

We have internal policies that govern the use of our platform.
Violations of these policies may result in account suspension or
termination.

These policies are subject to change at any time, and we will make a
reasonable effort to notify you of any changes.
5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any
reason, with or without notice.

If you believe your account has been terminated unjustly, you can
contact us at wecare@nadra.ng to appeal the decision.
6. Disclaimer

Nadra Marketplace acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
While we strive to verify sellers and their listings, we are not
responsible for the quality, safety,
or legality of the products listed on our platform.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and seller
reviews before making a purchase.
7. Governing Law

Islamic Principles: The use of Nadra Marketplace and all transactions
conducted on the platform shall be guided by the principles of Islamic
law, including
honesty, fairness, and the prohibition of prohibited activities (e.g.,
Riba, Gharar, deception, dishonesty).

Nigerian Law: In matters of legal interpretation and dispute
resolution, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the applicable laws of Nigeria.

English Law: If Nigerian law is found to be inapplicable, the laws of
England and Wales shall apply, without regard to its conflict of laws
principles.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nadra
Marketplace Ltd. regarding your use of the platform.
